Started in 2019 by Nina and Rob Renner, Rocky’s Place has steadily become a hallmark of Eastern Tennessee (and beyond).

This is the best rolled ice cream that I have ever had! They were much quicker than other rolled ice cream shops, and their ice cream was super soft and had a great taste! I would recommend the S’mores flavor because it was top notch!
